Portland Weight Loss Success Story

This week I had a rough time of it but I lost  3.8 lbs and  3.5 inches despite my rough day.  I am now down a total of 52. 8 lbs and  68.5 inches with almost 17 of those inches lost JUST from my mid section ALONE!!  Crazy that the weight is falling off so [...]
